RETURNS POLICY

Warranty Issues:

Please call us to discuss any warranty concerns. Warranty replacement/returns will require a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from DRT PART’S, you may return any new or unused item within 90 days of the date your item was shipped for a full refund of the purchase price. If your product has been used or installed, please contact us for warranty assistance.

All returns should be made within 90 days of the purchase (as noted on the sales invoice). Returns should be packed in the original, unmarked retail packaging and should include all accessories, hardware, manuals, documentation and registration that may have shipped with the product. Damaged or improperly-installed items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All parts are warrantied against the manufacturer’s defects for 90 days unless otherwise specified. Parts used in racing, competition, or in any manner other than normal usage are not warranted for wear or breakage.

Parts damaged due to improper installation are not returnable. Any part that shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. Parts not returned in new, resalable condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or returned to you.

Electrical parts, once installed, can only be returned for warranty consideration. If you are returning an electrical part for warranty consideration, contact us before shipping the part back. Our technical staff can help to determine if a warranty claim is valid, and where the part needs to be sent.

Complete the information on our Product Return Form (PDF), and be sure to include it with your returned items. Include a copy of your original invoice, if available. DRT PART’S recommends that you arrange for appropriate insurance and electronic confirmation of delivery, when possible and appropriate.
